These special CNC machines are designed for scroll bending using special die blocks SD-2, SD-6, SD-14.
The basic delivery set includes 3 special die blocks with 25 more available as options.

MRP Pipe Rolling Machine

Details

The machine is designed for production of twisted tubing out of circular electric-welded or seamless steel pipe. The machine design utilizes time-proven German components. The electric drive is maintenance-free. The machine is simple in operation and adjustment and requires no special personnel training.

UBM Universal Bending Machine

Details

Multi-purpose roller set included in the machine delivery set enables square blank bending in the 2…35 and 40…46mm range (1mm pitch). The range is provided by roller installation as per table attached. The multi-purpose roller set can be extended up to 70mm by a universal set add-on (47…70mm with 1mm pitch).
